Jersey Assurance Plan Offer Terms
Offer. If you purchase any jersey on www.fanatics.com that is embellished with the name of a currently active professional player (each an "Original Jersey") that is identified as being covered by our Jersey Assurance™ Program at the time ordered ("Covered Jersey") and the player whose name and number appears on the Original Jersey is officially traded, changes numbers, or signs with a new team as a free agent ("Prior Team Jersey") within ninety (90) days after your Covered Jersey was purchased, then you may request an in-stock replacement jersey that is embellished with (A) the same player's name on a jersey from the new team in exchange for a returned Prior Team Jersey, or (B) the name of a different, current player on the Original Jersey's team in exchange for a Prior Team Jersey (each of (A) and (B), a "Replacement Jersey"), in each case subject to all of the following terms and conditions ("Offer"), including the need to return the Covered Jersey to us.
Extended Amex Offer for NBA Jerseys. If you purchase an Original Jersey for a currently active professional player that is part of the National Basketball Association on www.store.NBA.com, www.fanatics.com or the NBA Flagship Store located at 545 5th Avenue in New York City, New York using your valid American Express payment card which is also a Covered Jersey and the player whose name and number appears on the Original Jersey is officially traded, changes number, or signs with a new team as a free agent within three-hundred and sixty five (365) days after your Covered Jersey was purchased (each an "Amex Covered Jersey"), then you may request a Replacement Jersey, in each case subject to the Offer Terms and Conditions below.
Terms & Conditions. Offer only applicable to an Original Jersey (including custom jerseys with player name and number) originally purchased on www.fanatics.com; or (ii) an Amex Covered Jersey. Offer excludes any items not identified at time of purchase as being covered by our Jersey Assurance™ Program including, without limitation, tees, fleece, hard goods, or any other non-jersey item(s) with player name and/or number, or any autographed, game-used or framed items. Voluntary player name changes without changing teams, team/ jersey changes (e.g., change in city, logo or design), or changes due to retirement, dismissal/ cut from the team due to suspension, injury or performance, also are excluded. Replacement Jerseys are shipped with free standard shipping only upon receipt of the Original Jersey(s); Replacement Jersey(s) are not eligible for upgraded or expedited shipping methods or services and may not be ShopRunner eligible. A maximum of five (5) Prior Team Jerseys per physical address may be replaced within one (1) calendar year. Offer terms in effect on the date you request your Replacement Jersey shall apply. Offer, including the terms and conditions, is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
Redemption Conditions. To redeem the Offer for a Covered Jersey and receive a Replacement Jersey, you must:
- Complete and submit the forms provided located at here to the address provided on the label, which are required to process your Replacement Jersey. The forms must be received at our processing center within fourteen (14) days after the official, published transaction date for trade or free agent signing to a new team for a Prior Team Jersey. Forms will not be accepted at any retail location.
- Return the Covered Jersey using the label provided by the Jersey Assurance™ Program Specialist within fourteen (14) days after initiating a request with Fanatics to redeem Offer to the address provided on the label. We are unable to accept the return jersey at a retail location. Our Jersey Assurance™ Program Specialist will provide instructions for shipping; and
- Select a Replacement Jersey with a retail price that is the same as, or lower than, the price paid for the Original Jersey in order to receive the Replacement Jersey for free (Replacement Jersey price is defined as the retail price on www.fanatics.com prior to any temporary markdowns, promotion codes, and/or application of any Fan Cash balance on the date we receive your Original Jersey).
FanCash Terms. If you are a Fanatics Rewards member and provide your membership information at the time of the Replacement Jersey transaction, you will earn FanCash for any additional amounts actually paid for any Replacement Jersey. For example, if the retail price of the Replacement Jersey is greater than the price paid for the Original Jersey, you will earn FanCash on the difference. FanCash previously applied to the Original Jersey not refundable, is forfeited and will not be applied toward the price of the Replacement Jersey. Any unused and available FanCash in your account will be automatically applied to the Replacement Jersey price difference, if any.
Fanatics MVP Card: If you purchase an Original Jersey for a currently active professional player on https://www.fanatics.com/ using your valid Fanatics MVP Card which is also a Covered Jersey and the player whose name and number appears on the Original Jersey is officially traded or signs with a new team as a free agent within one-hundred and eighty (180) days after your Covered Jersey was purchased then you may request a Replacement Jersey, in each case subject to the above Terms.
